The expertise of Irish lawyers and the stable regulatory environment in which Irish law operates were on full display last night during our event at the Embassy of Ireland, Great Britain.
In a discussion moderated by David Barniville, President of the High Court, Helen Dixon, former Irish Data Protection Commissioner, Emily Egan McGrath SC and Eoin McCullough SC spoke about data protection law, including the challenges and practical issues that arise in the application of GDPR across jurisdictions.
