Emily Egan McGrath SC

Emily is a Senior Counsel at the Irish Bar. She was called to the Bar in 2005 and called to the Inner Bar in 2023. Her principal areas of practice are commercial litigation, public law and judicial review, and EU law. She is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Columbia Law School, New York, and the Kings Inns. 

She is co-author of Civil Procedure in the Superior Courts and McGrath on Evidence
